If you want to visit Cambodia for tourism, you need a tourist visa, with various visa options contingent upon the traveler's nationality.

For some people, there's an online option called the Cambodia eVisa. It lets you stay in Cambodia for a short time, specifically for tourism. You can apply for it online, so you don't have to go to the Cambodian embassy in person.

If you're from a country not eligible for the eVisa, you can get a Cambodia visa on arrival. This visa can be for either tourism or business, depending on your reason for visiting.
